Sergio is incredibly charming and sophisticated -an excellent chef who skillfully blends his Italian heritage with delicious Spanish cuisine. We loved everything he cooked (and taught us to make) - the incredible sea bass with fresh pesto, the deep fried aubergine, the scallops tartar, the mushrooms with cream cheese…he created a highly enjoyable and interactive experience for our family.. We can’t wait for him to cook for us again!

Sergio and his team cooked twice for us over the summer in Majorca. On both occasions the food and service was exceptional. Sergio accommodated all of our needs and went above and beyond to make our evenings really special. We would not hesitate to invite him to cook for us again on any other trips to Majorca.
