    Sergio and his team were professional and their service was perfect! Prior to our trip Sergio was very responsive and accommodating with menus and logistics. The food was some of the best we had on the island and each meal he prepared for us was better than the last. We cannot recommend him and his team enough.

    We had two fabulous meals prepared by Sergio & his team. The food was delicious & the wine pairing was spot on. Sergio is a true professional & great fun. We will definitely be using again when we return to Mallorca
